Food is good but service is slow

My meat lovers omelette was amazing and my hasbrowns nice n crispy. The O.S. Burger was delicious

Great food and service always but I don't like the limited menu, I miss my Spanish omelet. They took temperature checks at the door and followed all mandated guidelines.

Their omelettes are fluffy and tender. I really add appreciate the food here. The service ers, especially Jennifer were very friendly and accomodaying.

Had a great breakfast had an omelet hash Browns toast coffee..it was great.. Of course to me the omelets are always great at the omelet shoppe.. waitresses friendly as usual..

Visited while on travels. The food was great and service even better. Only complaint is the size of my omelette. Paid for a $10 omelette and actually gotten a $3 omelette. In comparison it is like going to the Waffle House and getting half of the omelette that you ordered. Great place to have a snack but if you're hungry better off finding someplace else to eat.

Good tonite but most of the time really good

Excellent omelets - light, fluffy and perfectly cooked. Hash browns were good also. Fast and friendly service.

This is our favorite place to stop for breakfast on our way out of state. Quick efficient service, friendly staff. Food is always cooked nicely.

Small local place, good diner style food. My omelet was very good and the Spanish sauce hit the spot and is not something you find at your chain restaurants. Support small business, get outside your comfort zone and try the one off places. I pass through this area regularly and the great thing when your on Keto is getting this type of food all day. Omelets are very Keto friendly and they are just eggs unlike IHOP that adds pancake batter to their egg mix without you knowing.

Emilee was an amazing waitress. Food was good as always. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait, but it is always worth it.

Great late night place

I have been going to this place for over 30 years now. The only thing that has really ever changed their is the employees lol, but they have added some new items to there menu like there Philly Sub my brother in law and I love them there the best in town even IHops Philly isn't as good. They other great breakfast items as well. The waitresses always welcome you.

Never had bad food or service.Just discovered omelettes are half price on Tuesday. Wonderful selection of omelettes and you can customize. Excellent selection of sandwiches, burgers and other food.

Absolutely love this restaurant! EXCEPTIONAL customer service..laid back atmosphere, everyone is so friendly, there is no yelling orders or anything like that. The store is clean and orderly..and the food is delish as well! Some of the prices are not that great..for a small styrofoam cup of soup,chili,stuffed baked potato, it's nearly $5! Not worth it at all..if the cups were packed to the brim..maybe then..but certainly not now... Other than that..I love going to and ordering from them..and I really enjoy interacting with the staff.. The regional manager needs to lighten up and learn to be more pleasant..but he isnt there alot,so its bearable.. Enjoy your meal💜💜

A very quaint diner. Decent service but food took a little long to prepare. We were one of three couples in the restaurant.

The food was amazing. My wife is a picky eater and she cleaned her plate! The server and host made our visit unbelievable. They definitely made a customer for life.

Very nice staff here I would've gave a better rating but the food I ordered wasn't right.. The food I ordered said it had cheese on it from the description on the menu.. When I got my food I was checking it and I seen that the cheese wasn't there when I asked for some they informed me that the cheese had ran out the day before. My problem is they let me order the food and boxed it for me to take home (ordered to-go) and never once did anyone say anything about being out of cheese.. I might have gotten something different cause of the no cheese but they never gave me the option.. I feel if they was on some sneaky sh;t. How can they just let me make my order like it's all good without informing me that one of the main ingredients is missing.. Me personally I feel that this is simply Bad Business..

This past Wednesday the service was terrible. The waitress got my order wrong. The cook had to fix it for me. The waitress was more interested in a male there than her customers. Any other time the food was great the staff was friendly.

Good food and great staff. If you have to eat alone, sit at the counter and engage the staff in a little bantering back and forth. One of the last “fun” places to eat in Beckley.

We stopped in on a whim. It was great! It was cleaner than I remember. It was fast and friendly. I had the gravy ad biscuits with hash browns. I got more than I could eat. We definitely will go back.

I love this place! I always get the Spanish Omelet, hash browns with cheese and onions, and wheat toast. Never bad, always perfect. I've come here at 2AM and 2PM, same great taste. Give it a shot! It's a local legend!

Great breakfast sandwiches and meals in a super convenient location. Service was good and my to-go order after my meal was fast and put together correctly. I will be back to the Omelet Shoppe! I'm the Egg Man and Humpty Dumpty was a big fatt egg!

Grew up going to the omelette shop, have always loved it. They just opened back up after being closed due to the pandemic and the cautions they are taking make me love the place even more!! They take everyone’s temperature before they enter, disposable everything, everyone is wearing a mask. They went above and beyond with being cautious.

they don't have enough regular tables with chairs which we had to have and attitudes was given because they had to move some chairs to a table top.... the bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet was broken.. food was great and the service was ok when the waiter decided to come to the table...

The food wasn't anything special, but the service was great. The restaurant was extremely clean. The two people working took pride in their work and it showed. Was glad to see them taking COVID procedures seriously! I'll go back.

Delicious food (omlette, hash browns, biscuits, gravy, eggs, toast...we tried it all!), very friendly and fast service, and reasonably priced for the good-sized portions. Also right off of I-77!It was my first time there, and if I'm ever traveling near Beckley again I will go out of my way to have breakfast there again

The others I met to eat with I had my granddaughter with me and she was before we got there. But the food looked really good the waitress was very friendly

We stopped here for a quick bite on our journey home. The restaurant is clean and the service was wonderful. My husband thought his Western omelette was a little bland tasting but hot sauce improved taste to his liking. My burger and fries were spot on. We would stop here again!
